Lauren Boebert height is 5′ (1.52 m). At the age of 4, her family relocated to the Denver area from Florida and then shifted to the western town of Rifle, Colorado. In her final year, she got pregnant and thus dropped out of high school and got her GED (high-school equivalency diploma). As per her assertions, she was brought up in a liberal household, focusing on welfare aspects. According to some documents, her mother was registered as a Republican from 2001–13 and then shifted to Democrat in 2015. However, In 2006, she was registered as a Democrat but shifted to Republican in 2008.

After quitting high school, she worked at McDonald’s for her livelihood. In 2007, she entered into a marriage and then started working for a natural gas company as a pipeline technician. Later, with her husband Jayson, she started a restaurant in Rifle, Colorado,  named Shooters Grill. Then, she got caught up in many issues and controversies which resulted in her food license being suspended, however, it was restored after some weeks with the launching of less strict restaurant regulations. In 2022, her restaurant was shut down and one year later, she got separated from her husband. 

In September 2019, her political journey began with imparting criticism to  Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke at a town hall meeting for her proposed ban on assault-style rifles. Additionally, she organized a rally,  “We Will Not Comply,” in December, turning against red-flag laws that relate to the removal of firearms from owners to avoid potential harm and grave consequences. Besides, she launched the campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives, standing against five-term sitting Scott Tipton and criticizing him as insufficiently conservative. 

In addition, she won the general election against Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush and assumed the political position of the U.S. House of Representatives in January 2021. In 2024, For her reelection bid, she shifted from Colorado’s 3rd district on the western side to the Republican 4th district on the eastern side. Further, in June 2024, she won the Republican primary in the 4th District by contesting against four candidates. 

In 2020,  she won against Scott Tipton in the primary United States House of Representatives elections in Colorado. Later, she won the general election against Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush and assumed the political position of the U.S. House of Representatives in January 2021.  In 2022, she defeated candidate Adam by winning the reelection with a small margin of 546 votes.
